When Will I receive my CPR card?

You will receive your card immediately after the class! No Waiting!

How long are the certifications valid?

The class involves hands-on practice so it is best if you wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. If you have long hair it’s best to wear it back.

How do I pay for the class?

You can register online 24 hours a day at our Classes Page, or you may pay by credit or debit card over the phone at 805-705-9222. If you'd like to pay by cash or money order, you can come in to our Santa Barbara office by appointment ( 4141 State Street, Ste. A3.1, Santa Barbara, CA 93110) ) to register.

Are your courses through the American Heart Association?

Yes! All of our classroom courses are based on the American Heart Association Guidelines. Our BLS for Healthcare Providers class is through the American Heart Association. Also our ACLS Classes (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is taught through the American Heart Association. We have trained thousands of students and have never had a single problem with this certification.

Why do I require a student book?

The AHA requires that students have a book before during and after the course so that they can refer back to the material once they have become certified. The manual provides the student with a reference to utilize before, during, and after the class.

What if I already have a student book?

Just make sure the book is up to date with the current AHA guidelines. If you have a question of what year that might be, you can contact our office at (805) 705-9222

Absolutely, check out our Onsite classes or call our office at 805-705-9222 for more information!

Can I just show up for class?

We ask that all of our students pre-register online so that we can best accommodate our students by having the right amount of supplies needed for the course. By registering online, it ensures you a spot in the class. Classes do fill up quickly!

What do I do if my Online Key is not working?

If you are experience a problem with the online portion of the program please contact the AHA Online Support Team at (888) 242-8883, or at [email protected] Please be advised this office is out of Texas and is open 9am-5pm eastern time.

I took a class, but I lost my card.  What do I do?

Give us a call at the office or email us. It is likely we have a copy of your card. We will also get you the instructions on how to order a replacement card. The cost for a replacement card for CPR, First Aid or BLS is $15. ACLS replacement cards are $20.
