Refund Policies

Refund Policy For CLASSROOM Classes: These are the classes that are scheduled for open enrollment at our facility or any onsite training. No Refunds once any portion of a class has been attended.

CPR/AED & BLS Courses

A processing fee of $15.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date. No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date. An additional $10.00 administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling to another course date less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled course. Full refund if the course is canceled for any reason by Safety Matters Certified Training.

Babysitter or Safe Kids Class:

A processing fee of $15.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date. No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date. An additional $10.00 administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling to another course date less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled course. Full refund if the course is canceled for any reason by Safety Matters Certified Training.No Refunds once any portion of a class has been attended.

Caregiver Classroom or Caregiver combined with Basic First Aid:

A processing fee of $15.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date. No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date. An additional $10.00 administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling to another course date less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled course. Full refund if the course is canceled for any reason by Safety Matters Certified Training.No Refunds once any portion of a class has been attended.

ACLS Class Refund Policy:

A 5 day notice or cancellation is required. Registrants providing less than 5 days of notice to Safety Matters Certified Training are not eligible for a refund. A processing fee of $15.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 5 business days prior to course date. No refund for no shows or cancellations less than business days prior to course date. An additional $10.00 administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling to another course date less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled course. Full refund if the course is canceled for any reason by Safety Matters Certified Training.

Refund Policy for Online/Blended Courses:

  • This includes ASHI online/blended and American Heart Association Part 1, 2, 3 or Skill check off only classes.
  • Skill tests MUST be competed within 60 days of completion of the online part or you have to purchase the course again.
  • NO REFUNDS once you have purchased the Online Blended Course(s).
