

Bloodborne Pathogen training and Blood borne certification is intended for any employee who has reasonable anticipations of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials as a result of performing designated job duties, including but not limited to: healthcare workers, public safety personnel, housekeeping, custodial workers, educational and correctional workers and designated First Aid workplace responders.
Course: This training provides an annual review of bloodborne pathogen exposure control principles, practices, and requirements as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. This training is required for all personnel who work with human blood or blood products or human tissues, fluids, or cells that are considered "other potentially infectious materials" (OPIM) as defined by OSHA.
Course is approximately 2 hours in length Plus testing time- Certification valid for one year
